Requirements

Rental Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 nights and 3 days of rental is required. The space is not rented only for the event.
    (3 night minimum stay for Labor & Memorial Day weekends, 4th of July, Thanksgiving weekend and New Year)
  • Minimum events for 100 people.
  • It is required to use our planning and coordination service for the main event, including all our suppliers.

Costs

  • Rental costs vary depending on season of the year.
  • Additional flat fee for hosting event on property.
  • Special rates for weekday rentals (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).
  • Enclosed “Sofia” Ballroom for up to 500 guests at additional cost.
